THE PROPERTY
King-size master suite with en-suite bathroom, three flexible bedrooms (beds configurable as singles or doubles to suit your group), two additional bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen open onto a bright, spacious living room. Room-by-room air conditioning.
Large panoramic terrace recently extended, with a pergola — the
perfect outdoor living space for al fresco dining and evenings overlooking the Gulf of Valinco. Full laundry room (washing
machine, dryer).
High-speed Starlink satellite internet — reliable and stable, suitable for remote work. Beach equipment provided: parasols, towels, bodyboards, full snorkelling sets.
Outdoor games (table tennis, badminton, mölkky, football goals) and board games available.

BEACHES AND THE REGION
Olmeto's beaches (Tenutella, Scodi Neri, Capicciolo) are less than a kilometre away. Propriano and Porto-Pollo are 15 minutes by car for restaurants, water sports and boat trips. The Gulf of Valinco is home to some of the wildest coves in southern Corsica, reachable by kayak.
For hikers: the Mare e Monti Sud trail passes nearby; the Campomoro Tower and its coastal paths are 30 minutes away; the Bavella Needles and Alta Rocca are an hour's drive.
For history lovers: the neolithic site of Cuntorba is right on the doorstep. Filitosa 25 minutes away, Cauria's standing stone alignments 40 minutes, Bonifacio and the Bouches de Bonifacio
(UNESCO) 1 hour.

Breakfast prepared and served at the villa, grocery delivery before
arrival, airport transfers (Ajaccio or Figari, 1h), babysitter,
personal trainer or yoga instructor. Activity bookings throughout
the region: snorkelling, boat trips, horse trekking, sea fishing,
skydiving, Baracci and Caldane thermal springs.
PLEASE NOTE
All living areas are on the upper floor, accessible by stairs only
— the villa is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
Access is via a country road (not recommended for very low vehicles
or motorbikes — please contact us).
